We are a group of local volunteers who aim to brighten up Lauder. We are not all gardeners! We hope to achieve a brighter, more floral, Lauder with the help of many pairs of hands. So, if you are a keen gardener, a member of a local group, a local trader, a keen organiser or someone who would just like to do ‘a bit’ then this is the place! We would also welcome any suggestions for what you would like to see and how we can achieve it..

Lauder Christmas Lights Festival
Phone : 07421502268
Lauder Christmas Lights Festival Group are responsible for organising lighting up our Royal and Ancient Burgh of Lauder for the Christmas Season. Each year the tree in Market Place is switched on the first Saturday in December and remains lit until 12th Night. The elves receive no funding from the council and are reliant on the funds they can raise through events and donations. We hold a number of fundraising events over the year, and run our Twinkle and Win lottery. For details of our fundraising and other activities keep an eye on our Facebook page and watch out for posters round the town. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible over the year and round the tree in December.
